Have you ever finished a book and felt like you couldn’t start the next one because it couldn’t or wouldn’t live up to your last literary experience?
Have you realized months, years or decades later that you still remember where and when you were the first time you read a certain book?
Do you reference or quote information you learned from a book in a way that clearly coveys that everyone should read it too?
Do you finish a book you have on loan from the library only to promptly purchase the actual book to ensure the magic is on hand whenever you need it?
You know I have and I do.
Here are a few of my favorite books of all time. I recommend them without hesitation and love each and every one. If you pick one, pick Guernsey (before you watch the Netflix film). I read this book every single year. Post HSCT, my mom and I plan to travel to Guernsey together.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society | House in the Cerulean Sea Moonwalking with Einstein | The Bookish Life of Nina Hill | Invisible Women |A Man Called Ove

When All Is Said | The Storyteller’s Secret | The School of Essential Ingredients | A Gentleman in Moscow | The Book of Dreams | The Huntress

Sorry I’m Late I Didn’t Want to Come | How to Walk Away | Flatshare
Let me know if you pick up any of the books I recommend. As always, I hope you’ll get in touch and share your favorite reads as well.
